Rayan Plastic Factory Co. is committed to the prevention of all types of incidents resulting in ill-health, injury and pollution arising out its business activities through effective operational control procedures, awareness, training and periodic review with total compliance to relevant regulatory and obligatory requirements

❖ It is a good business practice to guard against all types of occupational incidents to prevent injuries & protect health of employees and preserve the environment
❖ All incidents which injure people, cause ill-health, damage machineries, destroy materials and pollute environment can be prevented by taking necessary health, Safety & Environment (HSE) procedures
❖ Implementation of HSE requirements is a line responsibility and HSE professional will work as catalysts to ensure that all personnel fulfill their HSE responsibilities voluntarily
❖ Instituting a culture of “Zero Tolerance Culture” amongst employees will facilitate us to march towards our ultimate goal – Zero incidents.

❖ Provide safest possible working environment to employee, subcontractors and others.
❖ Encourage HSE awareness among employees and subcontractors by suitable motivation.
❖ Discourage all types of actions and behaviors which harm Health, Safety & Environment.
❖ Build HSE requirements in all aspects of the organization.

❖ HSE responsibilities shell be specifically communicated to all concerned and clarified to ensure proper understanding.
❖ Every activity shall have a formal risk assessment & aspect / impact assessment and all employees, subcontractors and others shall be made aware of the hazards / aspects and control measures of the job being performed.
❖ Organisation shall set periodic objectives to ensure continual improvement through risk reduction / elimination
❖ All local regulations and contractual obligations shall be complied with.
❖ HSE policy shall be periodically reviewed and revised, if found necessary.
❖ HSE performance shall be periodically reviewed.
❖ Occupational Health, Safety & Environment Management System (OHSEMS) shall be established, documented, maintained and continually improved in line with BS OHSAS 18001:2007 and ISO 14001:2004 requirements.
❖ Make HSE policy available to all the interested parties on request.
